Traxx Software can be thought of as a graphic "window" into a database for Space Management. The power of the system is in the fact that it's built around a relational database which enables the user to "attach" any information to a building, floor or space. Once attached, this information can be viewed graphically turning them into business graphics. Some of the SpaceMan’s key features are:

Easy to Use

You don’t have to be a CAD operator or programmer to operate this module. Likewise, you don’t need to have any special staff on board to manage data. The well-designed interface enables even the most casual PC user to modify color-coded plans, add or modify space and lease-related data, create a stacking diagram or even re-demise space and produce a professional lease exhibit of a floor plan. For example, to find out information about a particular space, you simply point to it and select the type of information you wish to view from a menu of "data sets" displayed on the screen.
