RCS Enterprise Architecture Team (REAT) model is a highly evolved set of templates and methodologies to provide an assured road map for enterprise architecture, consolidation and restructuring to realize the full potential from investments in IT within an enterprise. REAT addresses "soup to nuts" to provide clear visibility through REAT Views as a deliverable to take an enterprise from AS-IS to a desired TO-BE state using a structured and proven framework built from our experience, yet imbibing the standard models like Zachman, TOGAF and Renaissance, beside others.
REAT deliverables are produced from the three-lens approach that goes through the baseline capture, discovery and need analysis interviews, ideation, solution stages to arrive at the AS-IS and TO-BE states supporting the organization future positioning. REAT Views provide the roadmap for enterprise stakeholders to optimize and prioritize the decisions around build vs. buy, or hybrid to embark on the projects from the application portfolio, in the continued journey towards operational efficiency and growth.
